Returns of incorrect, faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that your goods are either damaged, faulty or incorrect within 14 days of your delivery, please contact us immediately on 0845 309 6356 on our customer service line (Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00). We will offer you either the choice of:
• An exchange of faulty part or product; or
• Collection with full refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item.
Returns must be notified to us within 7 days of the purchase date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
Please contact us within 7 days to let us know you are returning any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered.
Please contact us for a returns number. This must be marked clearly on the outer box NOT on the item. Items returned without a returns number may be refused and or could significantly delay any refunds.
You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost off £50 which we will deduct from the refund.
Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items which may be subject to a restocking fee.
