Sherwood Ortho Pocket 1000 Mattress (26cm Depth) The Luxury Sherwood Ortho 1000 pocket mattress is made up using a beautiful weaved effect border, with luxurious soft touch knitted fabric on the top and bottom giving it that extra special feel. At its core it has a 1000 count pocket unit that consists of individual springs all singularly encapsulated in a strong corovin case to give support and comfort. The spring is insulated using a 900gm Apex pad, which provides extra comfort and is used so the customer can feel no springs at all. An Apex pad is made using recyclable material that is turned in to a flock and is needle punched in to a hessian backing.

The Luxury Sherwood is a double sided mattress - on each side after the insulator there is a layer of 12mm CMP foam which is standard foam used in all aspects of the bedding and upholstery trade, the next layer is 800gm of polyester Ultraspring to give a nice soft feel. The knitted fabric on the top and bottom is micro quilted in a wave pattern onto polyester fibre to give an extra soft and luxurious feel.

The mattress is tufted with nylon tufts and felt washers. The border is straight line fluted on to polyester fibre and has 4 flag stitched handles. All the handles are 60mm deep to give them more strength when turning and rotating the mattress which should be done regularly to prolong the life of the mattress.
