Delivery
As you will expect, delivery
times on availablebeds.com does not depend on supplier
and type of product you are looking to purchase.
All our beds are available and are ready for despatch
from our central warehouse within hours of receipt
of your order. The actual delivery time, however,
is determined by the delivery schedule of our logistics
provider. This is usually within 3 to 5 working
days for most areas - and occasionally 7 days for
more out-in-the-sticks clients (you will know if
you are!)
To ensure your experience with availablebeds.com
is as convenient and considerate as we can make
it, we have created the following guide.
Order Confirmation
On receipt of your order, we will send an order
acknowledgement by email. The acknowledgement will
give you full details of the item(s) you have purchased.
Please take time to check carefully that:
A. Your name, delivery
address, telephone numbers and postcode are correct.
B. The products are correct, (including colours,
quantities required etc.)
C. The financial details are as you expected.
If you do not receive an
acknowledgement or if you find any errors, phone
our customer service office immediately on 0121
321 2035 (Mon - Sat 09.00 until 17.00).
The last mile
As soon as your goods are ready for dispatch our
delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange
a convenient day and time for the delivery to your
home. Once we have confirmed the delivery date and
time the delivery will take place on the confirmed
day. Our delivery team will call you an hour or
so before your delivery to ensure you are ready
to take your delivery.
Getting through the door
Our white gloved team can deliver your bed and furniture to the room of your
choice. For an additional fee we can unwrap the items and fully assemble the
units. Please let us know by email or telephone if this service is required.
Please ensure that we have clear access into the room of delivery and
for installation .
Further a field?
Our standard delivery covers the mainland UK but
we will be delighted to arrange a delivery to your
destination off the mainland (Channel Islands, Isle
of Man and Northern Ireland). All you need to do
is call our customer service team on 0121 321 2035
and we will make all the necessary arrangements.
There is an additional fee for deliveries in these
areas.
Exports
Our current service offering does not extend beyond
the United Kingdom. We do have some exciting developments
for the Republic of Ireland on the cards –
please look back in a couple of months to follow
any progress.
