Delivery Zones
Zone A covers most of the UK and deliveries are charged at our standard rate.
Zone B - We can deliver to all areas in this Zone. Please note however there will be an additional delivery
surcharge of £30 on standard delivery charges for the following post code areas.
We cannot deliver to any area in this zone direct but we can deliver to a nominated Mainland Post Code,
i.e. a Shipper or Port for no extra charge. Onward shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot deliver to any area in this zone direct but can again deliver to a freight forwarder as above.
Certain products can be sent by carrier please ask for details and costs.
Our Delivery Charges
Free Delivery on all order totals over £500
Free Delivery on Selected products, these products will be clearly marked on the website.
All delivery costs will be available to view at the first stage of checkout.
Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop. Split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.
Express Delivery Times
Stock items are available for express delivery and many items can even be delivered on a next day basis, or you can choose
a delivery date by emailing us.
These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items
to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver
will deliver to the lobby of the building only.
Please understand that the delivery company that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter a private premises.
Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery and
require assistance with the positioning of the product, you must arrange the assistance yourself.
For heavier items we use a two-man delivery service.
If you have chosen a stock item that needs to be delivered by our two man service, a member of the logistics team will contact you within 7 working days from date of order to book in a convenient delivery date and also advise you on time frames.
Manufacturer Lead Times
If your item is not in stock and need to be ordered from one of our suppliers please check the lead time by calling us. These
are estimated delivery lead times given to us by our suppliers.
Also note these times are only a guide and may vary slightly depending on the time of the year.
Remote Areas: Please note remote areas may take longer for the items to be delivered to you once they arrive
into our warehouse.
Delivery Vehicle Sizes
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tones with a
height of 14' 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their
property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and un-adopted
roads/paths in order to help us deliver your order and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery
vehicle to be used.
Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.
Order Tracking
Please e-mail office@availablebeds.com or call 0845 3096356 giving details of your order number and we will be able to inform you of the status of your order and estimated delivery time.
Available Delivery Dates
Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7.00am - 7.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email office@availablebeds.com with details of your selected item(s) and a representative of Available Beds will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery.
Confirming Your Delivery Date
We will never arrange a delivery date without contacting and confirming the date with you first. Once your item(s) is ready for dispatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.
Other Delivery Information
Available Beds/Contracted deliverers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products.
Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and
disposal of unwanted furniture.
Available Beds and our contracted deliverers, if requested by the customer will assist the customer in taking the order into the
premises. However, the personnel of Available Beds or the contractor will not accept liability for any damage both to the
delivered product and to the customers property, (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure), whilst
assisting the customer with such a request. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action.
Any consequential damage should fall under the customer's household insurance.
Access
In the event that your order is being taken to your room of choice it is your responsibility to clear the passageway and access
to the necessary room(s).
PLEASE MEASURE ACCESS AREAS FOR LARGE ITEMS OF FURNITURE ESPECIALLY WARDROBES.
WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE A COLLECTION FEE IF GOODS CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO LACK OF ACCESS OR SPACE IN THE REQUIRED ROOM.
Mattresses cannot be returned for whatever reason once they have been unwrapped, unless for warranty reasons.

The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Preparation for delivery: Customers are advised when accepting goods to please ensure that any floors or surface have adequate
protection. Delivery personnel cannot remove footwear for safety reasons.
Available Beds will not accept any liability for any damaged caused.
