Deliveries are via TNT to a UK Mainland Postcode only.
Our beds are delivered by TNT on a next working day service (we always ship on a working day) if the goods are ordered before midday. We also issue our customers with a separate tracking number which can be used to track their order on the courier websites shown below:

Please note: These are all day deliveries and we are not able to specify a delivery window of when your item will be delivered. You are however able to arrange for your item to be left with a neighbour if you let us know in advance. If so please notify us by email or telephone on 0800 092 1636
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge, and this may not be a next day service. Please contact us before purchasing for the cost and information on the additional shipping to non UK Mainland Postcode destinations. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed that require shipping to these areas, where the customer will not pay the additional costs.
Where possible please check your item on delivery. If the item is damaged in any way the item must be signed for as DAMAGED or the item delivery can be refused. Items must be checked within 24 hours and any issues reported within that period.
